Theme Files and Website Ownership

• Access to Theme Files: To ensure we maintain high service standards and prevent misuse, we require users to remain subscribed with Picked.io for a minimum of 12 months before requesting access to the theme files and website assets.

• Eligibility: After 12 months of continuous subscription, you can request the full theme files, database, and any associated assets. Upon providing these files, Picked.io is no longer responsible for hosting, maintenance, or updates.

Important Notes

• If you cancel before completing 12 months, you retain access to your website during the active subscription period but will not be eligible to receive the theme files or other assets.
