3. Subscription and Billing

• Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable. Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your website will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, access to your website and related services will be discontinued.

4. Access to Theme Files and Assets

• Subscribers must remain active for a minimum of 12 months to be eligible to request access to their website’s theme files and assets.

• If you cancel your subscription before completing 12 months, you will not receive the theme files or assets.

• Once the theme files are provided, Picked.io is no longer responsible for hosting, maintenance, or updates.

5. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during sign-up and while using our services.

• Prohibited Uses: You may not use our services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to hosting malicious content or violating intellectual property rights.

• Content Ownership: You are responsible for the content you provide for your website. Picked.io is not liable for any copyright infringement or disputes arising from your content.

6. Intellectual Property

All design assets, themes, and intellectual property provided by Picked.io remain the property of Picked.io until the eligibility criteria for theme file access (12 months of subscription) are met.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picked.io is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription during the affected billing cycle.

8. Termination of Services

Picked.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities.

9. Modifications to Terms

Picked.io reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
